Go to the Google Workspace Marketplace, search for “SchoolPayr,” and hit Install to download it.
SchoolPayr is compatible with Google Forms™ and Google Sheets™ to streamline payment collection.

SchoolPayr will automatically identify money amounts inside of the answers that your users select and automatically calculate the order total. Select from one of the payment providers and complete the connection flow.
Before collecting real payments, try the process in test mode. We’ll give you some test card details to try. Of course, not really money is used here 😊 Once you are happy, toggle off test mode and you are ready to take real payments.
Once you’re happy with your Google Form™, simply toggle on “Connect Form and Sheet.” SchoolPayr will automatically make your form payable for parents and link it to a Google Sheet where you can track all responses and payment details. In addition, you’ll be able to instantly see all these details and more inside your rymindr account — so you can easily see who has paid. We automatically sync the payment details with your Google Sheets™ and Rymindr account so you know who has paid.
