Connect your Rymindr account

SchoolPayr integrates with your Rymindr account. Simply enter your school or PTA code to connect. Rymindr lets you share and track everything in one place—no more chasing parents for payments! The Rymindr app handles the heavy lifting for you, so you can sit back and relax.

SchoolPayr will automatically identify money amounts inside of the answers that your users select and automatically calculate the order total. Select from one of the payment providers and complete the connection flow.

Trying out the test mode

Before collecting real payments, try the process in test mode.  We’ll give you some test card details to try.  Of course, not really money is used here 😊 Once you are happy, toggle off test mode and you are ready to take real payments.

SchoolPayr connect

Once you’re happy with your Google Form™, simply toggle on “Connect Form and Sheet.” SchoolPayr will automatically make your form payable for parents and link it to a Google Sheet where you can track all responses and payment details. In addition, you’ll be able to instantly see all these details and more inside your rymindr account — so you can easily see who has paid. We automatically sync the payment details with your Google Sheets™ and Rymindr account so you know who has paid.

What is the SchoolPayr plugin?

SchoolPayr is a powerful plugin that enables schools and PTAs to accept payments directly through Google Forms™. It automatically calculates payment amounts based on form responses, integrates seamlessly with Stripe, and tracks payment statuses in real time. SchoolPayr is fully integrated with Rymindr, a widely used app across the UK that helps schools, businesses, and services automate important dates and send reminders. How do I enable payments on my Google Form™?

After installing the SchoolPayr plugin, toggle the “Make Payable” option in your form settings. SchoolPayr will handle payment calculations and automatically link the form to a Google Sheet™ for tracking.

How do I share my payable Google Form™ with parents?

Share the form using the Rymindr app. Use the "Create Rymindr" feature to send the form link directly to parents.

Can SchoolPayr be used for non-school-related forms?

Yes, though it’s designed for schools and PTAs, the plugin can work with any Google Form requiring payments. It’s most effective when paired with Rymindr for tracking and communication.

What payment providers does SchoolPayr support?

SchoolPayr integrates with Stripe for now. Additional options like PayPal are in development.

Can I enable live or test payments with Stripe?

Yes, simply connect your Stripe account during setup and toggle off testing mode to accept real payments.

Can parents make partial payments?

Not yet. SchoolPayr currently supports full payments per transaction. For special requirements, contact us at team@schoolpayr.co.uk.

Is there a limit to how many forms I can make payable?

No limits! Create as many payable forms as needed for events, trips, collections, or activities.

Can I send order confirmation messages automatically?

Yes, SchoolPayr can send automated confirmation emails once a payment is processed. Paired with Rymindr, the process is seamless and hassle-free.

Does SchoolPayr charge any fees?

SchoolPayr charges a 3% fee. This is in addition to Stripe’s fees (check their website for current rates). There may be an option to access reduced Stripe fees; reach out to team@schoolpayr.co.uk to learn more.

How do I track payments and responses?

Log in to your Rymindr web account, click on the “Payments” section in the left menu, and access the linked Google Sheet™ for real-time tracking of responses and payments.

Where can I check the Order ID and payment details?

All payment details, including Order IDs, payment status, and more, are available in the linked Google Sheet™ from the Rymindr dashboard under payments.
