4- Use of Google Drive API

As part of our services, SchoolPayr integrates with Google APIs to enhance functionality. Specifically, we use:

  • Google Drive API (drive.file scope) – This allows users to create, select, and modify files within their Google Drive. We require this access to enable users to generate and manage payment-related documents.
  • Google Picker API – This enables users to select specific files from their Google Drive to link with SchoolPayr.

We do not use the Google Sheets API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets).

Data Usage and Storage

  • We only access and modify files explicitly selected by the user.
  • We do not store any user’s Google Drive files on our servers.
